Thu đi cho lá thu vàng
cho mưa ướt át cho tan nắng hồng
cho trời mây xám mênh mông
cho đêm giá lạnh cho lòng nhớ ai
cho tình ta chớ phôi phai
cho vườn hoa thắm một ngày nắng lên

The autumn going let the autumn leaves become yellow
let the rain wet and made the pink sunlight disperse
let the sky with grey cloud immense....
let the night frozen and let me miss somebody in my heart
and longing our love affair will never fade...
to make the colorful flower garden become more brilliant and beautiful...
in a sunny day which's rising....

để nghe tiếng hát loài chim
tiếng tình yêu đó êm êm tuyệt vời
chiều nay nhìn nước mây trôi
lang thang trong khoảng đất trời bình yên
cho mơ cùng giấc mơ huyền
nhớ ai ta nhớ triền miên giấc sầu !

to listen to the kind of birds' singing
the love singing's very sweet and marvellous...
this evening, beholding the water and cloud going by.....
wandering in the domain of the peaceful sky and land
for good wishes together with beautiful dreams
mising somebody, I miss constantly in sad sleep...!

mong rằng tình chẳng thương đau
để ta cùng đến bên nhau ngàn đời
lang thang mây nước chân trời
gió theo tiếng gió ngàn khơi núi rừng
tiếng tình yêu đó chiều buông...
rừng xanh núi thẳm bao lần ta mơ...!

longing that our love will never be in sorrow
for us to get together side by side in thousands following lives
wandering with cloud and together with water in the horizon
the wind going along with wind
from the open sea to the mountain and forest
that call of love when the evening shadow's shedding....
the green forests and deep and faraway mountains
I couldn't remember how often I have dreamt about....
